Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Manager - Indirect.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and build relationships with independent dealers not currently in the network
- Recruit new dealers to represent and sell products, expanding market reach
- Evaluate potential acquisition targets and collaborate with the M&A team
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partner/channel development in a distribution or B2B environment
- Proven success in building and managing business relationships that drive growth
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and act on them
- Experience working with CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline
