Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to help grow its customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with storage facility operators and manage metrics using Salesforce
- Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and cross-sell opportunities
- Document customer interactions and manage pipeline follow-ups
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years in SaaS sales or support, preferably in a startup environment
- Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM tools
- Motivation to improve results and navigate ambiguity
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Experience in the self-storage industry is a bonus
