Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a support point of contact for inquiries from potential and existing Family Care beneficiaries and community-based organizations
  • Accurately assist with document enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances
  • Maintain technical and program policy proficiency in rules/guidelines and other related program policies
Required Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age with at least a high school diploma or GED
  • Must be able to work overtime as needed
  • Must pass pre-employment screening
