Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a support point of contact for inquiries from potential and existing Family Care beneficiaries and community-based organizations
- Accurately assist with document enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances
- Maintain technical and program policy proficiency in rules/guidelines and other related program policies
Required Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age with at least a high school diploma or GED
- Must be able to work overtime as needed
- Must pass pre-employment screening
