Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Management Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process incoming fraud/non-fraud disputes within the dispute platform
  • Review and initiate the resolution of dispute inquiries from various sources
  • Analyze transactions, review merchants' response, and recover funds on behalf of members
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • One (1) year customer service experience required
  • Minimum one (1) year working in payments preferred
  • General knowledge of card Brand processing preferred
