Job Summary

A company is looking for a CAT Inside Resolution Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve property claims that cannot be completed in the regional field property groups
• Partner with field adjustors and/or independent adjustors to determine coverage and resolve property loss claims
• Coordinate vendor services, such as contractors and repair services, while ensuring effective communication with customers

Required Qualifications:

• Knowledge of coverages provided within various homeowner policies and ability to write structural damage estimates for property losses
• Effective negotiation skills
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and 1-2 years of directly related experience
• Ability to manage workload independently and exhibit good judgment
• Computer skills and analytical skills
