Job Summary

A company is looking for a Centralized Disclosure Desk Supervisor (Remote Opportunity).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises loan closing activities, including issuing disclosures and document preparation
• Monitors daily operations to ensure compliance with procedures and performance metrics
• Resolves escalated issues and participates in recruiting and developing team members

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with five years of closing or related experience, or a Bachelor's degree with one year of experience
• One year of leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience in a high-volume organization unit, preferably in a control environment
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to loan disclosures
• Experience in mortgage or retail lending environments is preferred
