Job Summary
A company is looking for a Centralized Disclosure Desk Supervisor (Remote Opportunity).
Key Responsibilities
- Supervises loan closing activities, including issuing disclosures and document preparation
- Monitors daily operations to ensure compliance with procedures and performance metrics
- Resolves escalated issues and participates in recruiting and developing team members
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED with five years of closing or related experience, or a Bachelor's degree with one year of experience
- One year of leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience in a high-volume organization unit, preferably in a control environment
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to loan disclosures
- Experience in mortgage or retail lending environments is preferred
