- Oversee and perform accurate medical record reviews for risk adjustment
- Support process and quality improvement initiatives and conduct related training
- Manage risk coding projects, including monitoring project status and completing chart reviews
Required Qualifications
- Professional coding certificate through AHIMA/AAPC
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on medical records experience
- 5 years of experience in risk adjustment
- Background in utilization review, quality assurance, or quality improvement preferred
- Strong computer skills and high-speed internet access at home
