Certified Coding QA Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Risk Adjustment QA Coding Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Managers with clinical pends and over-read feedback
• Review daily reports for QA scores and ensure collaboration among cross-functional teams
• Handle individual data entry production and assign manual assignments as necessary

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Current Coding Certification (CPC, CPC-P, CPC-H, CPC-I, CRC, CCS, RHIT, RHIA, etc.) through AAPC and/or AHIMA
• Minimum of 5 years coding experience, specifically in Medicare and Commercial Risk Adjustment
• Preferred experience in facility coding (OPPS/IPPS) and Health Plan Risk Adjustment Data Validation Audit (RADV)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Advanced knowledge of medical terminology and coding resources
