Change Management Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Management Consultant to lead change management assessments for a Cloud Data Modernization project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify potential impacts of cloud migration on people, processes, and technology
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and align on change management strategies
• Analyze migration effects on departments, identifying risks and opportunities, and develop mitigation strategies

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 12 years in the Enterprise Data Warehouse space, leading large-scale initiatives and change management projects
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; change management certification is a plus
• Deep understanding of cloud technologies and enterprise data warehouse solutions
• Ability to navigate complex environments and adjust strategies based on evolving project needs
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively address stakeholder concerns
