Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team focused on exceptional client support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of client coordinators to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Own key client experience metrics and use data to drive improvements and outcomes
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize operations and enhance client experience
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles within customer experience or client success
- Proven experience managing service teams of 8+ in metrics-driven environments
- Deep understanding of CRM tools, databases, and operational reporting
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Experience managing remote teams and global support operations is a strong plus
