Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Programs Manager for their remote location in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams during implementation and ongoing delivery of Workers Compensation Service Operations solutions
  • Drive client satisfaction and communication, and contribute to the overall management of the client relationship
  • Act as a liaison between the External Client teams and Service Operations
Required Qualifications:
  • College degree or High school diploma
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to present and interpret data to customers
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • 2-4 years of industry experience, preferably in worker's compensation or auto casualty bill review
