Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Service Coordinator to manage daily business activities and coordinate efforts between departments and customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage customer quotes and create orders through SAP and internal systems
- Coordinate the sales process and follow up on orders, acting as a liaison between Sales and Operations teams
- Triage customer requests and issues, providing support and solutions as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or comparable education required
- Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences preferred
- Minimum 2 years' experience supporting Sales team activities
- Experience utilizing Salesforce or other CRM products
- Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive matters
