Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Services and Analytics Manager, Remote, USA.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operational success by managing key performance indicators and identifying areas for process efficiency
- Contribute to product development initiatives for the Cost Avoidance product
- Interface with clients as the product expert, providing data-backed responses and consultative support
Required Qualifications
- 8 years or more experience in Client Operations or Product Management, with 3 years of Medicaid and Medicare experience preferred
- 5 years or more experience leading complex data analysis/process improvement teams
- Strong knowledge and experience of Agile methodology
- Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, MS Project, and Access
- Ability to manage and grow a team to achieve departmental goals
