Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Coordinator to deliver exceptional customer service and facilitate communication between customers and technicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide responsive and professional customer service by answering calls and routing messages accurately
  • Generate and route tickets for customer work order requests and escalate issues as necessary
  • Proactively identify process improvements to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the IT industry
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with service management systems, such as ConnectWise, is a plus
  • Ability to communicate professionally in English, both written and orally
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
