Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Services Coordinator to deliver exceptional customer service and facilitate communication between customers and technicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide responsive and professional customer service by answering calls and routing messages accurately
- Generate and route tickets for customer work order requests and escalate issues as necessary
- Proactively identify process improvements to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the IT industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with service management systems, such as ConnectWise, is a plus
- Ability to communicate professionally in English, both written and orally
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
