Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Climate Resilience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the climate resilience and decarbonization strategy for agricultural ingredients
- Collaborate with key business units to create mitigation and adaptation strategies
- Oversee the implementation of the climate resilience strategy, including tracking progress and measuring ROI
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an environmental and/or sustainability field required
- Advanced degree in agricultural sciences, environmental sciences, climate science, sustainability, or related field preferred
- 8+ years of experience in sustainability, with at least 3 years in food and agriculture
- Technical understanding of climate risks and impacts in agricultural supply chains
- Experience in developing decarbonization strategies and building external partnerships
