Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Coding Production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement enhanced coding strategies to improve production output
- Provide coaching and mentorship to the coding team
- Collaborate with leaders to present monthly business reviews to executive leadership
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience in HCC coding production and capacity planning
- Medicare Risk Adjustment (HCC) Auditor experience is required
- Production forecasting creation and capacity planning experience
- Expert knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS
