Job Summary
A company is looking for a Physician Coding Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and oversee Physician Coding Production and Coding Denial Reviews for multiple projects
- Manage and mentor coding staff, providing coaching and counseling as needed
- Ensure effective supervision of coding projects and collaboration with client coding management
Required Qualifications
- University Degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; relevant experience may substitute for formal education
- CPC certification from AAPC
- Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables
- Experience supervising coders and coding projects
- Knowledge of multispecialty E/M and Surgical coding is preferred
