Job Summary
A company is looking for a Collections Manager responsible for overseeing collections and accounts receivable management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement collection strategies to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices
- Manage the entire collections process, including communication with customers and utilizing collection tools
- Analyze DSO trends and develop key performance indicators related to collections
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in credit and collections management, preferably in the IT/SaaS industry
- Proven track record of managing accounts receivable and improving DSO
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and NetSuite ERP
- Experience managing a remote team is preferred
