Collections Representative I

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Representative I to manage collection services on delinquent and bankrupt accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding delinquent accounts and document all collection activity
• Receive and service inbound collection calls while reviewing loan payment history
• Conduct skip-tracing research and prepare necessary applications for repossession and duplicate titles

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• Two or more years of collections experience
• High degree of professionalism and excellent customer service skills
• Intermediate PC skills and ability to work independently
• Knowledge of financial institution's policies and procedures
