Job Summary

A company in the Marketing industry is looking for a Community Forums Senior Manager.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategy, grow usage of the forums, optimize operations, report on success, and build strong internal relationships
  • Partner with Support to drive traffic to the community, build centers of expertise for new products, and find ways to use automation to make the team more efficient
  • Lead management of a space that delivers huge value to the company, ensure user questions are resolved with fast, consistent and invaluable expertise, and align team's objectives with regional marketing teams
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience managing people and building high levels of trust and productivity in their team
  • A growth mindset, highly communicative, and enjoys working with data professionals to use numbers to understand how things work and plan accordingly
  • Appetite for understanding the larger organization and how the team can contribute to it
  • Ability to identify and execute on new opportunities to contribute to supporting and retaining customers
  • Experience in community management is preferred
