Construction Contracts Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Construction Contracts Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Procure, plan, delegate, and coordinate procurement activities across multiple construction projects in the AMER region
- Track key milestones, manage deliverables, create change orders, and ensure clean handoffs between internal teams and stakeholders
- Act as the commercial Subject Matter Expert for change orders, utilizing ERP and PBI tools for assigned suppliers/equipment categories
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in procurement/OFCI
- 10+ years of experience in contracts management and execution of contractual documents
- 10+ years of experience in construction project management and procurement
- 10+ years of experience in negotiations
