Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert compensation consulting and analysis for client groups, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness
- Support job evaluations, market pricing, and leveling of roles using compensation surveys
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on compensation offers and hiring decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field; CCP certification a plus
- 5+ years of progressive compensation experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
- Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with HRIS systems and compensation tools
- Ability to interpret compensation data, generate insights, and influence decision-making
- Familiarity with compensation regulations
