Contract Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contract Manager to oversee the entire contract lifecycle, negotiate and draft contracts, review and analyze incoming contracts, manage client and subcontractor relationships, ensure contract compliance, mitigate risks, and continuously improve contract management efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various teams to negotiate and draft contract terms and conditions
- Review and analyze incoming contracts, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients and address any concerns or inquiries promptly
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a Contract Manager or in a similar contract-related role within the technology consulting industry
- Strong understanding of contract law, negotiation principles, and risk management
- Familiarity with federal contracting and related regulations
- Preferred experience with SharePoint document management
