Contracts Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee various contractual agreements in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Prime Contracts and Subcontracts, providing guidance on contractual risks and clauses
- Prepare, negotiate, and submit Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, and other consulting agreements
- Complete reporting tasks and contract closeouts as requested by the Vice President of Contracts
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Contracts and Subcontracts
- Experience in negotiating NDAs and Teaming Agreements in the federal marketplace
- Strong understanding of FAR and DFAR clauses
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Tools and Adobe
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively
