Core Implementation Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Core Implementation Specialist to join their implementations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate data, workflow, procedures, and processes within loan areas and other applications
- Independently assist clients during the onboarding process and resolve issues as needed
- Collaborate with banking product providers and travel to customer sites for implementation if requested
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of four years' experience in banking operations, with a preference for loan operations
- Knowledge of secondary loan servicing (e.g., Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae) is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications and customer service
- Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends for customer support
- Insurable driving record and proof of personal liability auto insurance coverage of at least $300,000
