Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Enablement Architecture Engineer to support Veterans Affairs operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into initiatives for workflow optimization and system enhancements
- Post and communicate service interruption notifications to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely updates
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- 12+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a similar role
- Knowledge of healthcare, finance, or technology industries is preferred
- Experience with project management frameworks and tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, SharePoint)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a suitability/Public Trust clearance
