Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Implementation Manager to oversee the implementation process for new clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of the platform for new customers, ensuring successful program launch
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams to facilitate a seamless implementation experience
- Conduct needs assessments and develop detailed project plans to track progress and manage deliverables throughout the implementation lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in project management, customer success, or a related role
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Demonstrated capability to manage projects from inception to completion
- Experience working collaboratively across client organizations
- Solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on accountability for results
