Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Lifecycle Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze touchpoints and create detailed lifecycle engagement plans to enhance the patient experience
- Design and execute multi-channel activation campaigns to convert new patients
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and patient engagement data to inform strategy
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Health Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing or digital marketing, preferably in healthtech
- Experience with patient engagement strategies and behavior change methodologies
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and analytics tools
- Experience with HIPAA compliance and healthcare communication regulations preferred
