Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Lifecycle Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze touchpoints and create detailed lifecycle engagement plans to enhance the patient experience
  • Design and execute multi-channel activation campaigns to convert new patients
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and patient engagement data to inform strategy
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Health Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing or digital marketing, preferably in healthtech
  • Experience with patient engagement strategies and behavior change methodologies
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and analytics tools
  • Experience with HIPAA compliance and healthcare communication regulations preferred
