Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Toll Free Line Operator to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and identify customer assistance needs
- Document required information and educate callers on the correct prompts
- Meet performance goals in efficiency, accuracy, quality, member satisfaction, and attendance
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent working experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of Customer Service Experience
- Experience with Microsoft Excel for data management
- Ability to work normal business hours and occasional overtime
