Job Summary
A company is looking for a Virtual Store Support Operator.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide best-in-class service by answering calls, returning voicemails, and responding to emails
- Assist customers with locating proof of purchase and resolving return/exchange issues
- Document customer interactions and maintain customer information in a case management system
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or GED; minimum of 2 years related experience or equivalent education
- Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
- Must be available to work shifts between Monday-Friday and on holidays
- Regular attendance and punctuality are required
- Call center or customer service experience preferred, automotive knowledge desired but not required
