Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative 1.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound and outbound call inquiries
  • Initiate outbound calls to respond to inquiries and follow up with previous contacts
  • Create and maintain documentation of all calls, questions, complaints, and mailed inquiries
Required Qualifications:
  • High School degree or equivalent
  • 6-month call center experience preferred or 1-year customer service experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
