Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative for the mid shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming/outgoing calls, emails, and chats professionally and courteously
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner and escalate complex issues as needed
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain organized records
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; associate's/bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Previous customer service experience is required
  • Experience in a call center environment is preferred
  • Availability for at least one weekend shift is required
  • Dual language (English/Spanish) speakers are strongly preferred
