Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative for the mid shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming/outgoing calls, emails, and chats professionally and courteously
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner and escalate complex issues as needed
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain organized records
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; associate's/bachelor's degree is a plus
- Previous customer service experience is required
- Experience in a call center environment is preferred
- Availability for at least one weekend shift is required
- Dual language (English/Spanish) speakers are strongly preferred
