Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative I to provide assistance and support for individuals self-directing Medicaid services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle 40+ inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
- Provide accurate information about services, enrollment, and program guidelines
- Maintain knowledge of company systems and adhere to privacy and sensitive information handling procedures
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent, with one year of customer support experience preferred
- Working knowledge of modern office procedures and methods
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office and web-based documentation
- Experience in a call center environment is a plus
- Bilingual skills in Spanish/English or English/Russian are a plus
