Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and members by taking inbound phone calls
- Use problem-solving skills and online research to find positive solutions
- Provide guidance, knowledge, and authentic experiences to customers
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail and/or customer service call center preferred
- Demonstrate critical thinking by efficiently using a computer and navigating through various screens
- Available to attend a two-week sales and service training class
- Reside in one of the eligible states and within 100 miles of an REI Retail location
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with reliable and predictable attendance
