Job Summary

A company is looking for a Women's Health & Genetics Customer Service Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients and clients with inquiries regarding health insurance coverage, billing, and payment options via phone
  • Process credit card payments and maintain accurate documentation in the billing system
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher is a plus
  • 1-3 years of applicable healthcare experience preferred
  • Knowledge of medical billing practices and familiarity with CPT and ICD10 codes is highly preferred
  • Experience in a high call volume customer service environment is preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable
