Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service & Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively communicate with third parties regarding non-technical issues and customer service inquiries
  • Educate and assist customers and partners with licensing, RMA submissions, orders, processes, policies, and other admin-only tasks
  • Own each customer case from initial creation to resolution and collaborate with the technical support team when needed
Required Qualifications:
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience with SFDC or other like CRMs
  • Outstanding English language written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to clearly and concisely articulate matters to third parties
  • Able to work with the Support, Product, Sales and Operations teams on customer escalations
