Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer to support their customer service and technical solutions for complex issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Support frontline Customer Support and Account Managers with technical solutions for escalated issues
- Identify and escalate issues across multiple business units within the organization
- Develop custom scripts and processes to provide solutions and ensure data integrity
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience with Ruby on Rails, Web Services, API (RESTful), and IP based protocols
- 1-3 years of experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL or similar database systems
- Experience writing clean, readable, and well-structured code
- Familiarity with systems architecture and database design
- Experience with different operating systems including Windows and Mac OS (specifically Linux/bash)
