Job Summary
A company is looking for a D A Product and Delivery Enablement Director.
Responsibilities:
- Implementing external data sets to connect with dealer transaction data, unlocking new insights for analytical and data science capabilities
- Creating proof of concept enhancements to data science capabilities for client business planning purposes
- Enhancing the production process for customer success sub-teams to increase effective throughput
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in business, economics, or related field (MBA highly desirable)
- 12-15 years of relevant experience
- Prior SaaS delivery enablement and customer success experience
- Prior SaaS product ownership experience preferred
- Significant experience with MS Excel and/or large complex dynamic data sets required
