Job Summary

A company is looking for a D A Product and Delivery Enablement Director.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing external data sets to connect with dealer transaction data, unlocking new insights for analytical and data science capabilities
• Creating proof of concept enhancements to data science capabilities for client business planning purposes
• Enhancing the production process for customer success sub-teams to increase effective throughput

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in business, economics, or related field (MBA highly desirable)
• 12-15 years of relevant experience
• Prior SaaS delivery enablement and customer success experience
• Prior SaaS product ownership experience preferred
• Significant experience with MS Excel and/or large complex dynamic data sets required
