Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deal Desk Coordinator to manage opportunities through the deal lifecycle for public sector clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure alignment of Pricing, Product, Operations, and Contract processes with internal policies for government clients
  • Coordinate the end-to-end deal process from proposal to booking, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Track deal approvals and maintain organized records for audit readiness and reporting on deal desk metrics
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Public Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, proposals, government contracting, or a related administrative function
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office suite and experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a bonus
  • Familiarity with public sector or government procurement processes is a plus
