Job Summary
A company is looking for a Delegation Support Coordinator (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Client Services department and Delegation Support team, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and other correspondence, and support audit activities as directed
- Manage client requested compliance attestation processes and support quality improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; high school diploma required if equivalent experience
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in administration services, preferably in health care audit support or project management
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Customer interfacing experience due to high volume of email communications and meeting coordination
- Health care industry experience preferred but not required
