Job Summary

A company is looking for a Delegation Support Coordinator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Client Services department and Delegation Support team, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and other correspondence, and support audit activities as directed
  • Manage client requested compliance attestation processes and support quality improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; high school diploma required if equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in administration services, preferably in health care audit support or project management
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Customer interfacing experience due to high volume of email communications and meeting coordination
  • Health care industry experience preferred but not required
