Job Summary

A company is looking for an Audit Product Support Technical Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to support tickets and customer queries, including complex audit-based inquiries
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and manage Inflo Support resources
  • Assist the Product Support Manager with team training, incident management, and reporting
Required Qualifications
  • Background in SaaS or web applications
  • Experience in developing and maintaining a knowledge base
  • Previous experience in product support
  • ITSM/ITIL/KCS certification or equivalent
  • Experience in customer support or technical support roles, preferably in SaaS
