Job Summary
A company is looking for an Audit Product Support Technical Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to support tickets and customer queries, including complex audit-based inquiries
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and manage Inflo Support resources
- Assist the Product Support Manager with team training, incident management, and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Background in SaaS or web applications
- Experience in developing and maintaining a knowledge base
- Previous experience in product support
- ITSM/ITIL/KCS certification or equivalent
- Experience in customer support or technical support roles, preferably in SaaS
