Job Summary

A company in the Creative Design industry is looking for a Design System Components Design Leader.

Position Responsibilities:

• Create and drive the roadmap for additions and updates to the company's foundational design system components
• Lead the team of designers focused on components in terms of quality, prioritization, and execution
• Collaborate with Design Systems operations on key initiatives and processes

Required Qualifications:

• Experience designing for complex systems, preferably in enterprise software or design system
• Strong visual and interaction design skills, with examples of UI decisions for color, grids, patterns, accessibility, or usability
• Experience managing a small team and hiring, developing, and managing people in context of the work
• Experience creating impact and goal-based roadmaps for a team
• Experience collaborating effectively with engineering to get the best results
