Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer of Developer & Integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to Marketplace Integrations and Developer Platform
- Work with customers on break/fix scenarios for their Marketplace, Single Sign-on, or Developer issues
- Identify bugs, test, reproduce, report, and assist with fixing and verifying software issues
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in a Technical Support or Developer Support role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent technical experience
- Technical expertise with REST APIs and/or Single Sign-on solutions
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript in frontend web technologies
- Strong programming and software development background in languages like Javascript, Python, HTML, C#, or C++
