Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer of Developer & Integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to Marketplace Integrations and Developer Platform
  • Work with customers on break/fix scenarios for their Marketplace, Single Sign-on, or Developer issues
  • Identify bugs, test, reproduce, report, and assist with fixing and verifying software issues
Required Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience in a Technical Support or Developer Support role
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent technical experience
  • Technical expertise with REST APIs and/or Single Sign-on solutions
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript in frontend web technologies
  • Strong programming and software development background in languages like Javascript, Python, HTML, C#, or C++
