Job Summary

A company is looking for a Designated Technical Support Engineer to provide exceptional technical support to its customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive and reactive support for designated customers, prioritizing issues and developing resolution plans
  • Create and maintain customer-specific runbooks and knowledge articles while ensuring timely communication with customers
  • Drive improvement projects to enhance the efficiency of support and represent customer needs for product and security enhancements
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in Customer Solutions Engineering, Support Engineering, or Professional Services
  • Hands-on experience with Search technologies, Knowledge technologies, or SaaS-based system integrations
  • Familiarity with Cloud technologies such as Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, or Microsoft Azure
  • Experience troubleshooting REST API issues and knowledge of SSO, SAML, and OAuth
  • Ability to document issues and contribute to the support knowledge base
