Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer 3.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot configuration, hardware, and software issues, and replicate customer environments
  • Advocate for customers to ensure timely problem resolution and understand their network environments
  • Participate in creating Knowledge Base articles and collaborate with internal teams on escalations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer, or Telecommunication Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in IP Network Routing and/or Switching
  • In-depth knowledge of IP Packet flow
  • Proficiency in any two technologies: Layer 2 and Layer 3 technologies, MPLS, or other networking protocols
  • Preferred knowledge of networking platforms such as routers, switches, and firewalls
