Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer 3.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot configuration, hardware, and software issues, and replicate customer environments
- Advocate for customers to ensure timely problem resolution and understand their network environments
- Participate in creating Knowledge Base articles and collaborate with internal teams on escalations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer, or Telecommunication Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in IP Network Routing and/or Switching
- In-depth knowledge of IP Packet flow
- Proficiency in any two technologies: Layer 2 and Layer 3 technologies, MPLS, or other networking protocols
- Preferred knowledge of networking platforms such as routers, switches, and firewalls
