Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer, Remote (US Based).

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical support issues for customers and bank partners
  • Accurately document cases and provide regular updates regarding outstanding support tickets
  • Maintain and grow the knowledge database for future reference of customer issues and resolutions
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Typically a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in help desk support
  • Prior software support experience required
  • SQL experience is preferred
