Job Summary
A company is looking for a Developer Support Engineer to provide technical support and improve the developer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical support owner, triaging and resolving technical issues across APIs, SDKs, and product integrations
- Collaborate with engineering to escalate and prioritize bugs and product feedback from developer interactions
- Create and maintain technical resources, including troubleshooting guides and code samples, to assist developers
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical support, solutions engineering, developer success, or software engineering
- Strong programming and debugging skills, ideally in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js
- Proactive and customer-obsessed mindset focused on developer success
- Ability to build strong relationships with engineers and product managers
- Bonus: Familiarity with authentication, crypto wallets, Web3 infrastructure, or fintech APIs
