Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement a comprehensive plan to achieve a fundraising goal of at least $500,000 through three events annually
• Support the recruitment and stewardship of event participants and community partners
• Analyze event performance and ensure adherence to budgets and Association standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2 or more years of professional experience in fundraising and event planning
• Experience in managing Peer-to-Peer campaign fundraising preferred
• Experience in recruiting and managing Walk Teams and Corporate Partners preferred but not required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, video conferencing software, and experience with CRM systems preferred
