Job Summary
A company is looking for a Digital and Media Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with customers and operations teams for timely execution of advertising and offer programming
- Assist in training and onboarding customer teams for strong adoption and ongoing engagement
- Manage successful renewal cycles and provide expert customer insight to inform upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-3 years of work experience on a Customer Success team in a marketing or advertising technology firm or retailer
- Knowledge of digital media, e-Commerce software, analytics, and business operations
- Experience working to promote value through customer experience
- Process analysis and optimization experience
