Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital and Media Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with customers and operations teams for timely execution of advertising and offer programming
  • Assist in training and onboarding customer teams for strong adoption and ongoing engagement
  • Manage successful renewal cycles and provide expert customer insight to inform upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-3 years of work experience on a Customer Success team in a marketing or advertising technology firm or retailer
  • Knowledge of digital media, e-Commerce software, analytics, and business operations
  • Experience working to promote value through customer experience
  • Process analysis and optimization experience
