Digital Workplace Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Digital Workplace Process & Platform Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with implementation teams to support the relaunch of ServiceNow, aligning processes across IT, Facilities, and HR
- Enhance integration between Moveworks and ServiceNow to drive automation and deflection
- Establish documentation and process governance to support audit readiness and define operational KPIs for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms, with exposure to cross-departmental workflows
- Familiarity with conversational AI platforms like Moveworks is a plus
- Experience in audit-aligned environments, including ISO 27001 or SOX readiness
- Proven ability to work independently and produce clear, repeatable documentation
- Strong organizational skills and a bias for action
